Extra Fine Sea Salt is an extra fine screening of food grade, sodium chloride crystallized in vacuum evaporators from purified brine. The crystals are mixture of whole and fragmented cubes.

Ultra fine (10 µm) tricalcium phosphate (GRAS) is added as a free-flowing, anti-caking additive. Tricalcium phosphate is water insoluble at neutral pH and is exempt from label declaration on foods incorporating salt as an incidental, non-functional additive under 21CFR 101.100 (a)(3).
