Morton® Medium Sea Salt is a food grade sea salt.  The Medium Sea Salt crystal size makes it ideal for baked good toppings, dry blends, seasonings, meat, poultry and fish.

Morton® TFC Medium Sea Salt is prepared by treating Medium Sea Salt with a water-soluble anti-caking agent.

Certifications

Morton Medium Sea Salt complies with Food Chemicals Codex tolerances. They are annually certified as Kosher.

Additives

Morton Medium Sea Salt contains no additives.

Morton TFC Medium Sea Salt is prepared by treating Medium Sea Salt with a minute concentration of yellow prussiate of soda, an additive permitted for food use, as a water-soluble anti-caking agent.
