Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix egg whites with Morton® Coarse Kosher Salt and stir to make a paste.

Rub paste all over the branzino.

Stuff with thyme sprigs, parsley, lemon slices, and garlic.

Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.

● Crusting fish in salt locks in the natural flavors of the fish and creates a heat-seal within the fish, resulting in a more flavorful result.
● If you must find a substitute for branzino, acceptable options include black sea bass, Atlantic croaker, red snapper, tilapia, rainbow trout and whiting.
